Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip details including pick-up time, location, destination, and number of passengers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled trip are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

No-shows are treated as cancellations without notice and are not eligible for a refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If On Time Travelers LLC is unable to provide transportation on the scheduled day due to circumstances within our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown, staff unavailability, or other operational issues), the customer will have the option to:

Reschedule the trip for a later date at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

This is the only instance in which a refund will be issued if the trip does not proceed as planned.
